This film was a key part of the  fundraising campaign for the Woodlands Trust to acquire the Smithills Estate 

Woodland Trust

In 2105, we began working with the Woodland Trust to help them develop their vision and case for acquiring Bolton’s Smithills Estate, a project that will require considerable support and funding. We created the campaign film and a number of campaign assets.

Shot on site with Woodland Trust staff and members of the community, this was a great location to use a drone camera to get some fantastic aerial shots.

The film has formed a key part of the fundraising campaign and has been shared widely across the Woodland Trust’s social media channels, website and with its members, with over 2,800 views so far and counting.

As part of the campaign and using the original footage shot, we also made YouTube pre-roll ads and a 30-second TV spot.
